We assume that most of our users and costumers object to spam emails, unsolicited advertising, use of personal information for commercial purposes or sharing of individual information regarding internet use, interests, credit card information, addresses or personal details with unrelated parties. We wish to respect the privacy of the users of this web site. The updated terms are as follows:

Immedium may collect only two type of information about users: a) anonymous aggregate traffic or sales data, and b) information actively provided to us by registered users of forums or costumers ordering material.

User information will not be shared with third parties without prior consent or used for commercial purposes (see information on newsletters, point 5).

For processing card payments we are forced to use third parties; these will be restricted from using your information for any other purpose. Additional information on card payment security will be provided at the event of a transaction.

We may store emails sent to @immediumpress.com addresses.

We may in the future offer periodic email newsletters to costumers or users of forums containing information on the activities of Immedium Press. No one will be subscribed to the newsletter without prior consent.

We do not use ‘cookies’.
